同學(xué)們好,給大家講一下六級(jí)聽力真題解析,先看conversation的構(gòu)成,這個(gè)我講過,一個(gè)是主要說話的,一個(gè)是跟著混的,這就是第二重心原則,第一個(gè)人肯定是引導(dǎo)作用,Welcome to Workplace, and in today’s program we are looking at the results of two recently published surveys, which both deal with the same topic—happiness at work. 你在聽的時(shí)候我覺得你最有可能聽到的是后面recently published surveys, which both deal with the same topic—happiness…因?yàn)槟阍诼牭倪^程中happiness之前是有一個(gè)小的暫停,整個(gè)對(duì)話的主題定了,這個(gè)女的扮演的角色是引出話題的角色。男的說,this was done by a human resources consultancy, consultancy叫做什么什么咨詢公司,或者咨詢部門,這是人力資源的咨詢部門。who interviewed more than 1,000 workers and established a top 10 of the factors which make people happy at work,他們做的事情是找出十個(gè)排名最考前的讓你職場(chǎng)上高興的事情。

The most important factor,最重要的事情,這就是命題點(diǎn)所在,所以這兒成為考點(diǎn)的可能性最大。The most important factor, for the majority of the people interviewed was having friendly, supportive colleagues.最重要的是你得有一大堆的友好的且支持你的同事。In fact, 73% people interviewed put their relationship with colleagues as the key factor contributing to happiness at work.事實(shí)上, 73%的人他們把它作為一個(gè)關(guān)鍵的因素。再往下來看,下面說, which is a very high percentage這是一個(gè)很高的數(shù)字比例。The second most important factor在考場(chǎng)中考中的概率相對(duì)較低了。第二重要的是什么呢,was having work that is enjoyable,工作得好玩,The two least important factors were having one’s achievements recognized and rather surprisingly, earning a competitive salary,讓人覺得最吃驚的是最不吸引人的,或者導(dǎo)致你職場(chǎng)上最開心的最弱的兩個(gè)因素,一個(gè)是個(gè)人成就得到認(rèn)可的因素,一個(gè)是錢。

再往下女的開始發(fā)問So, we are not mainly motivated by money?,女的說我們不是主要被金錢所驅(qū)動(dòng)嗎?這個(gè)是發(fā)出提問,答案還在男人話語(yǔ)當(dāng)中,男人說Apparently not顯而易見不是,女的又發(fā)出提問: Any other interesting information in the survey?還有沒有好玩的事情,舉例,F(xiàn)or example,就是所謂的關(guān)鍵詞。However,強(qiáng)轉(zhuǎn)折處,20% of employees described themselves as being unhappy.有20%的雇員認(rèn)為自己不開心。在考場(chǎng)看到的考題可能有73%,有25%等等,最有可能的考法不是這些數(shù)字的加和減,最有可能的是這些數(shù)字的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系,你應(yīng)該把25%,73%,60%對(duì)應(yīng)到worker的狀態(tài)上,然后等到后面念問題的是答上來。第二套題問的是What is the percentage of the people surveyed who felt unhappy at work? 當(dāng)然是20%的人覺得不高興。

后面說That’s quite a lot of unhappy people at work every day.確實(shí)有很多人每天工作都不怎么開心,It is, isn’t it? And there were several more interesting conclusions revealed by the survey. First of all, small is beautiful. small 和 beautiful之間做了一個(gè)連讀。People definitely prefer working for smaller organizations or companies with less than 100 staff.人們最喜歡的是什么樣的公司,一百個(gè)人以下的,公司一大了就容易鬧騰。再往下看,We also find out that, generally speaking, women were happier in their work than men,在這里提到男的和女的誰(shuí)更開心,顯而易見女性更開心。緊接著女的又扮演提問的角色,Yes, we are, aren’t we?在這兒將話鋒轉(zhuǎn)向And workers on part-time contracts who only work 4 or 5 hours a day are happier than those who work full time,兼職工作的人。仔細(xì)聽一下,你有沒有聽到only作為一個(gè)提示詞出現(xiàn)。The research is concluded that this is probably due to a better work-life balance. due to這個(gè)詞,我以前在課上講過,一般因果關(guān)系due to后面是答案,due to 常常考察原因,他們?yōu)槭裁锤杏X更高興,是因?yàn)樗麄兡軌虬压ぷ骱蜕罡胶庖恍?,due to a better work-life balance.所以第四題問的是What is the possible reason for people on part-time contracts to be happier?,是什么使得那些兼職工作的人覺得更高興,答案是生活跟工作平衡的好。第三題問的是What kind of companies are popular with employees?那樣公司人們更喜歡,small company小公司,所以通過這樣的一組常規(guī)化的解析,其實(shí)我們發(fā)現(xiàn)最重要的還是你的pronunciation,對(duì)于連讀知識(shí)的理解,還有對(duì)于你單詞和句子的反應(yīng)速度,這些都是你重要的實(shí)力。除了實(shí)力之外能夠幫助我們解題的就是第二句重心原則。第三你可以注意到里邊的key words,due to作為因果關(guān)系詞提示了答案,most important作為提示詞又給了答案,還有其中20%等數(shù)字信息,又提示了答案。這次考試,能力是關(guān)鍵,解題技巧是在具有一定能力情況下盡量的多答對(duì)幾道題,多獲取幾分。
