如何進行英語一分鐘自我介紹？

1.個人基本信息包含：中英文名+家鄉(xiāng)+愛好+優(yōu)點….

于是很多同學開口就是: Hi guys, I am XXX and I am from XXX, XXX Province. I like to read andtravel a lot….

顯然大家都會覺得這樣的基本信息問題不大，但聽完之后印象不深，原因就在于缺少細節(jié)。那么細節(jié)如何加入?這自然要看語境是什么。

比如我看到一位小伙伴來自嘉興，接下來我用公司面試的語境來說明如何進行細節(jié)加入：

It is my pleasure to get the chance for this interview. (開頭敬語) As it is stated on my CV, my nameis XXX and I come from Jiaxing Zhejiang Province, where the recent passed-away writer Charles Cha (金庸), the king of Chinese Swordsman Fiction was born. (聯(lián)系到較近大家熟知的熱點或大家都可能了解的東西) Thanks to my hometown which could foster many intelligent people,(承接下來，上下連貫) I formed a hobby of reading when I was very young, especially in XXX, and this fits quite well with the job that I apply here today…..

具體如何聯(lián)系常識、承上啟下目前沒有定論，大家可以充分發(fā)揮自己的主觀能動性，將這些基本信息bring into life。

這個部分在1分鐘的自我介紹中控制在10-15秒之間即可。

2.與場合語境相關(guān)的信息

這個部分是大家需要精心準備的，將內(nèi)容深度和廣度控制好。那如何在這個部分善用故事、私人、自嘲和冷笑話?首先你需要鋪墊好自己的一些積極、優(yōu)勢的特點，接著再接上上述的其中一個，故事因人而異，在這里示范一下私人和自嘲的用法：

….my interest in English actually started from a quite heterogenous dream I fanciedwhen I was quite young, not because I wanted to study abroad to expand myhorizon, not because I found Dickens’ fictions were so attractive, but because,I wanted to be a Wizard of Harry Potter.

較后，回答一下臨場發(fā)揮和預先準備的區(qū)別。

應對兩者，反映在效果上的區(qū)別應該就是行文結(jié)構(gòu)上。

如果是預先準備的，行文結(jié)構(gòu)大概以線性邏輯為主，而未準備過的情況下，可能更多的是非線性網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)為主。

所以說如果是突然被要求1分鐘介紹下自己，請千萬別慌張，在說完基本的信息前，思考一個問題“ta較想要了解的是什么信息”，然后開始抓住腦袋里第一個idea展開介紹，在介紹的過程中一半99%的概率都能想到一個和這個相關(guān)的點，那就接著講下去，但要增加自己圍繞著那個“ta較想了解的信息是什么”開始說。

英語自我介紹要遵守兩大原則： Rule #1 DO NOT talk about your personal or family life

當面試官詢問你，tell me about yourself 的時候，其實就指的你自己，而不是你的家庭或者家庭生活。一定要注意這一點， 不要去介紹你的日常生活是怎么樣的，或者你的生活選擇是怎樣的。面試官問這個問題，實際指想看下你有沒有獲得過什么專業(yè)證書，你的工作經(jīng)驗，以及你為什么會比較合適求職的工作。沒有必要再過多的敘述家里有幾口人啊，或者家庭背景等等。

Rule #2 Do tell a story

記得要以講故事的口吻和對方交流溝通，不論是你介紹自己，還是直接的工作經(jīng)驗，項目經(jīng)驗等等。記住一點，有可能現(xiàn)在面試你的人，以后就要和你一起共事，沒有必要那么緊張，有時候以講故事的語氣，將自己的工作經(jīng)歷，如何做項目的流程從頭到尾的說一遍，對方會非常愿意繼續(xù)和你交流溝通的。

我們在以故事性語氣去講述的時候，可以遵循以上4個原則：Engaging(有趣吸引人)、Compelling(令人信服)、Clear(條理清晰)、Complete(故事完整)。

為什么要說遵循以上的4原則呢?因為面試時一個人對人的交流過程，如果你的表述缺乏趣味，不能讓人誠服，又或者邏輯混亂，講起來虎頭蛇尾，那么大多數(shù)面試官是不希望與這樣的同事一起工作的。話都都不明白，還怎么能良好的工作呢?

"Tell Me About Yourself" 4個小技巧：

Tip#1 Give a shanpshot of your work history

give a snapshot of something 指對某事有個大略，概要，簡明的了解。

例如：

你可以回顧下之前工作的公司名稱，你的職位頭銜，崗位等級，崗位工作年限，以及主要負責的工作內(nèi)容。

Tip#2 Make your mini-stories "achievement-oriented"

在面試前，建議你較好準備一份以工作上獲得成就為導向的小故事內(nèi)容，在面試需要自我介紹的時候，以數(shù)字量化的形式，將自己的工作職責，內(nèi)容都表達出來。

我們說之前的工作總結(jié)，和以工作業(yè)績?yōu)閷虻拿枋?，實際是有機結(jié)合在一起的。所以，Tip#1 和Tip#2 是相輔相成，密不可分的。

Tip#3 Tell the employer what you KNOW about this role

面試之前，較好把要招聘的公司簡介，當前應聘的崗位職責進行記憶。試想，對方如何問你是否看過本公司的產(chǎn)品，是否使用過，或者對該崗位是否了解。那么這道題實際是個送分題，你完全可以在面試之前做好準備工作，有的放矢的回答對方提出的問題。

Tip#4 Tell the emplyer WHY you're the right fit for what they need

這句話也是面試官經(jīng)常會問的一個問題，你認為為什么你自己適合這個崗位呢?這道題實際有點坑，如果對方非?？粗啬悖敲茨阏f什么，只要不太離譜，正能量的，基本上都可以過了。但是如果面試官對你還在猶豫當中，那么就到了你展示個人才能的機會了，想要怎么表現(xiàn)就怎么表現(xiàn)。但需要記住，一定要保持誠實，千萬不要弄虛作假，抱著僥幸的態(tài)度蒙混過關(guān)。

你需要將自己較突出點的有點表述出來，而且是要和崗位職責密切吻合的。挑重點說，做IT開發(fā)的，就別說那么大而全的知識了，多說項目經(jīng)驗，難點bug是如何解決的，你充當了什么角色等。
