如何進(jìn)行英語(yǔ)一分鐘自我介紹？

1.個(gè)人基本信息包含：中英文名+家鄉(xiāng)+愛好+優(yōu)點(diǎn)….

于是很多同學(xué)開口就是: Hi guys, I am XXX and I am from XXX, XXX Province. I like to read andtravel a lot….

顯然大家都會(huì)覺得這樣的基本信息問題不大，但聽完之后印象不深，原因就在于缺少細(xì)節(jié)。那么細(xì)節(jié)如何加入?這自然要看語(yǔ)境是什么。

比如我看到一位小伙伴來自嘉興，接下來我用公司面試的語(yǔ)境來說明如何進(jìn)行細(xì)節(jié)加入：

It is my pleasure to get the chance for this interview. (開頭敬語(yǔ)) As it is stated on my CV, my nameis XXX and I come from Jiaxing Zhejiang Province, where the recent passed-away writer Charles Cha (金庸), the king of Chinese Swordsman Fiction was born. (聯(lián)系到較近大家熟知的熱點(diǎn)或大家都可能了解的東西) Thanks to my hometown which could foster many intelligent people,(承接下來，上下連貫) I formed a hobby of reading when I was very young, especially in XXX, and this fits quite well with the job that I apply here today…..

具體如何聯(lián)系常識(shí)、承上啟下目前沒有定論，大家可以充分發(fā)揮自己的主觀能動(dòng)性，將這些基本信息bring into life。

這個(gè)部分在1分鐘的自我介紹中控制在10-15秒之間即可。

2.與場(chǎng)合語(yǔ)境相關(guān)的信息

這個(gè)部分是大家需要精心準(zhǔn)備的，將內(nèi)容深度和廣度控制好。那如何在這個(gè)部分善用故事、私人、自嘲和冷笑話?首先你需要鋪墊好自己的一些積極、優(yōu)勢(shì)的特點(diǎn)，接著再接上上述的其中一個(gè)，故事因人而異，在這里示范一下私人和自嘲的用法：

較后，回答一下臨場(chǎng)發(fā)揮和預(yù)先準(zhǔn)備的區(qū)別。

應(yīng)對(duì)兩者，反映在效果上的區(qū)別應(yīng)該就是行文結(jié)構(gòu)上。

如果是預(yù)先準(zhǔn)備的，行文結(jié)構(gòu)大概以線性邏輯為主，而未準(zhǔn)備過的情況下，可能更多的是非線性網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)為主。

所以說如果是突然被要求1分鐘介紹下自己，請(qǐng)千萬(wàn)別慌張，在說完基本的信息前，思考一個(gè)問題“ta較想要了解的是什么信息”，然后開始抓住腦袋里第一個(gè)idea展開介紹，在介紹的過程中一半99%的概率都能想到一個(gè)和這個(gè)相關(guān)的點(diǎn)，那就接著講下去，但要增加自己圍繞著那個(gè)“ta較想了解的信息是什么”開始說。

英語(yǔ)自我介紹要遵守兩大原則： Rule #1 DO NOT talk about your personal or family life

當(dāng)面試官詢問你，tell me about yourself 的時(shí)候，其實(shí)就指的你自己，而不是你的家庭或者家庭生活。一定要注意這一點(diǎn)， 不要去介紹你的日常生活是怎么樣的，或者你的生活選擇是怎樣的。面試官問這個(gè)問題，實(shí)際指想看下你有沒有獲得過什么專業(yè)證書，你的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，以及你為什么會(huì)比較合適求職的工作。沒有必要再過多的敘述家里有幾口人啊，或者家庭背景等等。

Rule #2 Do tell a story

記得要以講故事的口吻和對(duì)方交流溝通，不論是你介紹自己，還是直接的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)等等。記住一點(diǎn)，有可能現(xiàn)在面試你的人，以后就要和你一起共事，沒有必要那么緊張，有時(shí)候以講故事的語(yǔ)氣，將自己的工作經(jīng)歷，如何做項(xiàng)目的流程從頭到尾的說一遍，對(duì)方會(huì)非常愿意繼續(xù)和你交流溝通的。

我們?cè)谝怨适滦哉Z(yǔ)氣去講述的時(shí)候，可以遵循以上4個(gè)原則：Engaging(有趣吸引人)、Compelling(令人信服)、Clear(條理清晰)、Complete(故事完整)。

為什么要說遵循以上的4原則呢?因?yàn)槊嬖嚂r(shí)一個(gè)人對(duì)人的交流過程，如果你的表述缺乏趣味，不能讓人誠(chéng)服，又或者邏輯混亂，講起來虎頭蛇尾，那么大多數(shù)面試官是不希望與這樣的同事一起工作的。話都都不明白，還怎么能良好的工作呢?

"Tell Me About Yourself" 4個(gè)小技巧：

Tip#1 Give a shanpshot of your work history

give a snapshot of something 指對(duì)某事有個(gè)大略，概要，簡(jiǎn)明的了解。

例如：

你可以回顧下之前工作的公司名稱，你的職位頭銜，崗位等級(jí)，崗位工作年限，以及主要負(fù)責(zé)的工作內(nèi)容。

Tip#2 Make your mini-stories "achievement-oriented"

在面試前，建議你較好準(zhǔn)備一份以工作上獲得成就為導(dǎo)向的小故事內(nèi)容，在面試需要自我介紹的時(shí)候，以數(shù)字量化的形式，將自己的工作職責(zé)，內(nèi)容都表達(dá)出來。

我們說之前的工作總結(jié)，和以工作業(yè)績(jī)?yōu)閷?dǎo)向的描述，實(shí)際是有機(jī)結(jié)合在一起的。所以，Tip#1 和Tip#2 是相輔相成，密不可分的。

Tip#3 Tell the employer what you KNOW about this role

面試之前，較好把要招聘的公司簡(jiǎn)介，當(dāng)前應(yīng)聘的崗位職責(zé)進(jìn)行記憶。試想，對(duì)方如何問你是否看過本公司的產(chǎn)品，是否使用過，或者對(duì)該崗位是否了解。那么這道題實(shí)際是個(gè)送分題，你完全可以在面試之前做好準(zhǔn)備工作，有的放矢的回答對(duì)方提出的問題。

Tip#4 Tell the emplyer WHY you're the right fit for what they need

這句話也是面試官經(jīng)常會(huì)問的一個(gè)問題，你認(rèn)為為什么你自己適合這個(gè)崗位呢?這道題實(shí)際有點(diǎn)坑，如果對(duì)方非?？粗啬?，那么你說什么，只要不太離譜，正能量的，基本上都可以過了。但是如果面試官對(duì)你還在猶豫當(dāng)中，那么就到了你展示個(gè)人才能的機(jī)會(huì)了，想要怎么表現(xiàn)就怎么表現(xiàn)。但需要記住，一定要保持誠(chéng)實(shí)，千萬(wàn)不要弄虛作假，抱著僥幸的態(tài)度蒙混過關(guān)。
